Brand glow ups hit differently when the energy mat Brand glow ups hit differently when the energy matches the expertise. Working on @bigfishphoto1’s refresh was such a good reminder of this. I met Sadie on a photo walk (thank you @thehookproject_ & @farlie_photography ), and within minutes you could feel it- her warmth, vibrancy & personality. But her brand wasn’t fully carrying that same energy. And when you’ve built a long, respected career, your brand should feel like a true extension of you. So we didn’t reinvent… we refined. • A more vibrant colour palette to reflect her personality • An alternate inline logo for flexibility • A custom brand pattern for packaging her photography products • A script accent to bring in that human, personal touch Plus a 20-page brand guidelines document so everything stays consistent, confident and clear going forwards. Most rebrands don’t need a dramatic overhaul- they need alignment, a tweak, or a clearer articulation of what’s already there. Once that reframe is created, it clicks; Clarity. Confidence. Momentum. Sadie- thank you for trusting me with your evolution. What a career. What a next chapter 🙌🏻
Strong branding isn’t just about looking cohesive… Strong branding isn’t just about looking cohesive… it’s about removing friction from your day-to-day decision-making. When your positioning is clear and your identity is built strategically, hesitation is replaced with confidence. You’re no longer questioning every post, every visual, or every message. The direction is already defined. And that confidence is felt. When you’re excited about your brand and certain in how you communicate it, your audience picks up on that energy. In the same way they sense uncertainty when something feels forced or inconsistent. So, how does your brand feel right now- confident or cautious? These ladies smashed it… I had the pleasure of de These ladies smashed it… I had the pleasure of delivering a Canva Masterclass to these 4 brilliant small businesses on Monday at such a great venue in Chelmsford called @city_space_chelmsford. We had 3 hours of hands on, practical help, with me showing them how to navigate the core tools within Canva, design tips, layout best practices, export advice and how that is all so closely tied with how you show up on Instagram. TBH we could’ve spent 3 days there working on things- but this workshop was designed to get people started, find confidence and empower them to just get started. That acceptance of getting it done over striving for perfection releases you to just tell people what you’re doing and what problem you solve. If you don’t give the market your brand story- they’ll make up their own version for you! It was so nice to see everyone creating more confidently by the end and I’ve started to see the posts hitting grids today too- huge well done ladies!
